Job Purpose - Seeking Maintenance technician for Senior or Multi-Family property. Responsible for make-ready apartments and work orders for individual units and general building upkeep as well as grounds. On-Call after hours as needed. Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be willing to undergo pre-employment physical, drug, and background screening process. Pay based upon experience.
Valid Drivers's License required. Needs to have reliable transportation and a good driving record.
