KC Estates is designed to give families and individuals who are HIV positive an opportunity to examine their current and past experience which have led to their personal situations of homelessness, while living in a private apartment.
KC Estates works directly through Positive Directions to screen prospective tenants. The goal is to support individuals and families who are making progress with case plans, goal development, employment opportunities, financial education, housing and many other learning experiences.
